Do you provide all IT services?

No. Advance Solutions focuses on open-source email, web, Linux/VPS and communication continuity infrastructure. We avoid broad general IT support.

Who owns the infrastructure?

The client owns domains, VPS accounts, hardware, hosting subscriptions and third-party services. We provide planning, configuration and guidance.

Is static IP required for onsite deployments?

Yes. For onsite self-hosted email/web infrastructure, a static public IP and stable business-grade internet are normally required.

Can you guide VPS selection?

Yes. We provide VPS sizing guidance based on users, domains, web requirements, storage and continuity needs.

Does SureMail replace my mail server?

No. SureMail is a continuity-oriented concept to reduce incoming communication disruption during primary mail server unavailability.

Are SMS Gateway and Mail Archiving available?

SMS Gateway and Corporate Mail Archiving are currently under development as part of the broader communication infrastructure roadmap.

Do you do onsite troubleshooting?

Physical hardware, LAN, power, cabling and local internet troubleshooting should be handled by the client or local technician. Our role is infrastructure planning and remote configuration within defined scope.
